How i got into fishing:
I was 14, it was late summer and I was at a cottage with a friend of mine. His dad had a few rods stashed in the closet that he never used. After dinner that evening, we decided to go for a walk with the rods, and to explore the lakefront. On my first cast I caught a rock bass, and from that point on I was hooked.

What i love most about fishing:
I love the excitement, the preparation, the anticipation for a day on the water. I love the crisp morning air, and the excitement you feel in your stomach. I love the connection you feel with the plants, the animals and mother nature. I love sharing tips and techniques that i have learned over the years. I love to learn of new and exciting methods other anglers use to be successful. I love the challenge of putting the puzzle pieces together, and to learn the ways of the fish in its natural habitat.
